These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through our online store PiaRydmanArt.com. By purchasing products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Prices
Our products include paintings, art prints, and other art-related items. Prices include value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be added to the total order amount. Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
3. Ordering
Products are ordered via our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment using the chosen payment method. By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate and complete contact information.

Our payment service provider is Paytrail, ensuring the security of all payment transactions.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

5. Delivery
We deliver orders within Finland and internationally.
- Delivery time: 3–14 days from order processing.
- Delivery methods: Posti, Matkahuolto, freight services.
- Delivery costs: Costs vary depending on the product.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., the courier service).
6. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products unless they are defective.
Conditions for returns:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
Complaints regarding defective products must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product has been damaged during transport, please photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately and send the images to us.
Contact customer service via email at pia@piarydmanart.com or by phone at +358 40 7570 425. Once we have received the returned product, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method, minus delivery costs, within 14 days.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.

9. Other Terms
